What WoofStay is

WoofStay is a directory of pet boarding kennels. We help pet owners discover and contact kennels; we are not a party to any booking, payment, or agreement made between a pet owner and a kennel.

Using the site

• You may use WoofStay to search listings and contact kennels for genuine boarding enquiries.
• You may not scrape, copy, or republish listing data without our permission.
• You may not submit false enquiries, fake reviews, or claim a listing you do not own.

Listings and claims

Businesses may claim their listing by verifying a business email address. Claimed listings must be kept accurate; we may edit or remove listings that are misleading, offensive, or no longer operating.

Bookings are between you and the kennel

Prices, availability, cancellation policies, and conditions of care are set by each kennel. Confirm all details directly with the kennel before booking. WoofStay is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any listed business.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, WoofStay excludes liability for any loss arising from use of the site or from dealings with listed businesses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
